According to the American Heart Association, nearly half of American adults have high blood pressure (also called hypertension). Many health experts see it as a “silent killer” that causes damage to our blood vessels, heart, kidney and other organs [1]. Many have searched for a cure from medication but seen no positive results. Some have turned to alternative options and come across “The blood pressure program” by Christian Goodman. Plenty of my readers have asked me to review this program. As requested, I’ve bought the program and tried it out for my beloved audiences. Today, I’m going to write the comprehensive The Blood Pressure Program review.
Before giving a review of “The blood pressure program”, we’d better know who its author is first. Christian Goodman is a well-known expert in the health industry. He is writing articles about various health topics for renowned health publications. You can also find plenty of his health-related books available on the internet.
The health expert seems to prefer natural methods to medicine when it comes to a health concern. This man has guided many people to overcome their health problems including high blood pressure using his natural methods.
To Christian, high blood pressure is caused by “internal pressure”. To release this pressure, our body needs a “focused break” so that it has enough time to relax before getting back to work. The author believes simple exercises can calm and release our internal pressure with no side effects. That’s why Christian Goodman started “The blood pressure program”.
The program offers 3 straight-forward and simple exercises that are claimed to help lessen high blood pressure. The author also guarantees that his exercises apply to all regardless of their age, gender or fitness level.
Each exercise takes more than 9 minutes to perform. A follower can do each exercise separately or perform three at once. This program doesn’t require its followers to commit to the exercises daily. The program is designed with great flexibility so that anyone can follow it with no difficulty.
Many of Christian’s customers have seen results within a week of practicing. Most of them have been able to lower their blood pressure to 120/80 and keep the number stable after that. However, some people may take a longer time to notice any changes as different bodies act differently. The author also points out that the second exercise seems to show better results to some people.
“The blood pressure program” comes in a digital format that includes 16-page written instructions and 3 audio files with similar content. For those who are not fond of tech, the author also offers a CD version for an extra of 2 dollars.
As a bonus, the combo includes a free health report giving out diet and lifestyle tips for all of its purchasers.
There are three exercises in total. I’m going to write down a personal review on these exercises in “The blood pressure program”.
The first exercise is called “Walking in a rhythm”. This exercise focuses on teaching people how to walk properly to reduce hypertension. The exercise can be performed without any difficulty. The author believes that walking in the left and right rhythm can “synchronize your body and mind into a relaxed, happy stage”. This exercise can be done anywhere, anytime. It can even be done while you are sitting, but of course, walking is preferred. I’ve tried this exercise and I love it. It feels like a kind of walking meditation.
“Emotions Release” is the second exercise. The name has shown the main purpose of this exercise is to release our emotions. The author claims that people often suppress their feelings, which can cause tension inside the body. This is seen as an “internal pressure” resulting in high blood pressure. This exercise teaches us how to release six of our major feelings including our anger, our fear, our shame, our sadness, our joy, and our love. The exercise takes the most time out of the three taught exercises. To me, I feel that this one is harder than the first exercise. It requires greater focus. This exercise also works best if you are willing to shout out your emotions. Therefore, you’d better find a quiet place before practicing this one.
The third exercise is called “Relaxing step by step”. This is a traditional relaxation method which is simple, yet powerful. The author advises us to perform this exercise before going to sleep to see greater results. This exercise aims to release body tension from head to toe. I’ve tested it out and was a bit disappointed due to its confusing instructions. I do not know how to perform certain movements as the manuals don’t give out detailed guides on how to do so. However, this is just my personal experience.
I’ve bought this program and I didn’t regret a single penny I had spent. Even though until now, I haven’t encountered any blood pressure problems, I’ve learned a lot through trying out the exercises and reading the free health report included.
The three exercises are written in an easy-to-follow manner. You read or listen to the instructions and you can immediately do what you’ve been told. Even if you’re not a big fan of exercises in general, this program won’t be too hard for you.
As stated above, I don’t have any blood pressure problems so I can’t say that this program helps to lower hypertension. However, I did see some good results as I feel relaxed and sleep better while doing the exercises. I’ve read many reviews on this program and didn’t see any negative comments on it.
“The blood pressure program” is all-natural so it is safe to try out. The program is also reasonably priced (49 US dollars with no additional charges) so purchasing it won’t count as a risky investment. Compared to taking different kinds of medication, doing these exercises seems to be preferable.
The program is downloadable so that you can read or listen to it offline. What’s more convenient? The program offers three different formats for you to choose from. The written format is for those who love to read. The audio version fits those who are constantly on the go. And the CD is designed for those tech-savvy customers out there.
One more great thing about this program is that it provides a 60-day money-back guarantee. You can try out the exercises in two months before committing to a real purchase.
As “The blood pressure program” is a natural cure for high blood pressure, it can take time to see great results. For those who need an instant cure of this health concern, you’d better seek advice from an experienced doctor.
I wish the manuals were more visual and detailed. The instructions are just plain texts. To be honest, it was a bit boring to look at. Again, this is just my personal opinion.
Also, the author emphasizes too much on using the audio version in his manuals, which can irritate his readers somehow.
Yes and No.
Yes.
If you are a curious learner who wants to discover new ideas and approaches, you should check this out as you sure can learn something from this program.
If you have tried different methods including taking traditional medicine but seeing no results, there’s nothing to lose. Give the program a try. Who knows? This program might surprise you. Please keep in mind that do not try to get off the medication immediately as it can cause some side effects. Consult your doctor and try to cut down on your medicine dozes gradually.
No.
If you are having serious health concerns relating to blood pressure, my best advice is to go and see a doctor immediately.
